Te Takiwā o Manukau is a Tikanga Māori pastorate covering south Auckland, from Māngere Bridge and the Tamaki River down to the southern boundary of the Pīhopatanga o Te Tai Tokerau.
We are made up of six churches across the takiwā, with a focal point at the marae church of Te Karaiti Te Pou Herenga Waka in Māngere Town (which also houses the diocesan office, Rangihoua, in its manse).
